EFR Course - Emergency First Response
Price: 195 € per person
The Emergency First Response (EFR) course teaches you the basic techniques of first aid, CPR, and the use of an automated defibrillator, applicable both in diving and non-diving situations. It is a mandatory course if you want to certify as a Rescue Diver or enroll in professional PADI courses.

- No minimum age required.
- No previous diving experience required.
- No previous first aid experience required
⏰ Duration and schedule
- Course duration: 1 day (half day).
- Approximate schedule: 08:00 – 13:00h approx.
- Monday to Saturday
- Sundays: closed

During the course you will learn and practice:
- Scene assessment and safety • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) techniques.
- Use of the automated external defibrillator (AED/DEA).
- Basic first aid for common emergencies.
- Care procedures until professional help arrives.
- Practical simulations and realistic scenarios.
