Shallow Water Practice

Once equipped, you’ll begin in shallow water (pool or calm ocean conditions). Here you will practice simple exercises to:

• Get comfortable breathing underwater.
• Adapt to the equipment
• Build confidence step by step

Your instructor will remain right beside you at all times.

Your First Real Dive
After the practice session, you’ll enjoy a guided dive of approximately 30 minutes, with a maximum depth of 6 meters (20 feet).
You are continuously supervised to ensure maximum safety and comfort.
And then it happens…
You take your first breath underwater.
The surface noise disappears.
You hear only your bubbles rising slowly above you.
You experience near weightlessness.
You enter a completely different world.
